This smoothie is packed with lots of nutrients good for pregnant mamas or energy postpartum. Folate aids with foetal health, potassium for blood pressure levels, as well as protein, fibre and antioxidants to keep you feeling your best. Enjoy! xx Nb
- 1 cup of mixed organic berries (fresh or frozen) - ½ flesh organic avocado - 1 cup of organic spinach - 2 cups of coconut water - A teaspoon of honey
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Optional: if your blender is high-speed, or if you like your smoothie a little thicker, add a few ice cubes.
