At our Community space we bring together an experienced group of independent practitioners to help nourish and support your new family, naturally.

Alongside care from your LMC or obstetrician you can access the best in holistic ante and post-natal care in a calming, nurturing environment. Book directly with our practitioners via the links in the timetable below, and find out more about our community of practitioners can help here.

This monthly event is held within our Nature Baby community kitchen by renowned midwife and lactation consultant, Libby Cain. Libby will be to talking to you about any of the fun, challenging, joyful or confusing stages of pregnancy and parenting that you want support with. It is a time to connect with a circle of other parents, and a celebrated practitioner, to help guide you in your journey

This is a free event, however we recommend booking to secure a spot. 15 guests max.

Spend the morning within our Community Kitchen with Gina, a clinical nutritionist and the founder of naturally nutritious baby foods Norish. She will talk you through every step of starting solids - right through to feeding fussy toddlers. Covering developmental signs baby's show when ready to start solids to what are the best first foods, how to introduce allergens, key nutrients that babies need and so much more! It is a time to connect with a circle of other parents, ask questions, voice challenges and work with a supportive practitioner to help guide you in your feeding journey.
