nutritious summer smoothie
A fresh, healthy smoothie filled with nourishing ingredients for pregnant mums and their growing baby, or as a great way to get little ones to eat their greens! Packed with proteins, folic acid, calcium, omega 3s, magnesium and vitamins, this one is sure to be a family favourite.
Ingredients:
4 medium leaves of organic kale
2 stalks of organic celery
2 cups coconut water, unsweetened
1 fair trade banana
1 cup pineapple, chopped
1 tablespoon of flax seed oil
Simply blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy! We especially loved the light tropical taste, definitely good for hiding the many healthy greens. xx Nb
