We're looking for an experienced Retail Assistant Manager for our flagship New Market store. If you're motivated, organised and have a passion for creating authentic customer experiences as well as leading and inspiring a sales team, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll bring:
• 2+ years customer service experience in an Assistant manager role.
• 1+ year experience in a stock processing and inventory role.
• Experience with OnTempo would be beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, outgoing and confident
• You are a warm soul who enjoys working in and supporting a team helping to elevate their performance.
• You find inspiration through connecting with all different types of people, helping them find the perfect products.
• A genuine love for babies and children.
• Authentic passion for organic and ethical products and inspiring others to do the same.
