We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Production Assistant to join our creative and friendly Production Team, full-time. You will be assisting the creation of apparel product ranges from ages newborn to 5 years.
This is a rare opportunity to join a Production Team which focuses on sustainable organic textiles and ethical production processes.
What you'll do:
• support product creation, quality and approval process
• organise and hold fittings with babies and children
• quality control, overseeing our high level quality
• ordering trims
• support the Production team
What you'll bring:
• previous experience in a similar role
• excellent communication skills.
• knowledge of all aspects of garment production, garment construction, measuring and fitting garments
• be passionate about sustainability and ethical production
• an ability to interact well with children for our garment fittings
• creative problem solving skills
• genuine team player
• experience using software such as Microsoft Excel and Adobe Illustrator
• a genuine team player working both individually and collaboratively
• exceptional organisational and time management skills
