We are proud to offer beautiful, high quality products and want to ensure you are happy with your online purchases from Nature Baby. If you are not delighted with your online order for whatever reason, you may return unwashed, unworn and unused items in their original condition upon presentation of the original invoice within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange on US orders only.
- Please choose sale items carefully as they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Please do not break open packaging that is non-resealable if you wish to return the item.
- Returns or exchanges of online purchases may be made by post.
- Refunds will be minus shipping costs, or for exchanges, postage is to be paid by the customer for the exchange item(s), for US delivery. At this time, we do not offer exchanges on products shipped outside of the United States.
If you think you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item please contact our Customer Services Team and they will assist you.
Please note: we are unable to replace or refund items damaged through improper laundering, so please follow the care label of the garment when washing. We have some helpful washing tips here or if you are unsure, please contact our Customer Services Team for advice.

- If you would like to return an item due to change of mind, please send your item/s to the returns address below and include a copy of your order invoice or order confirmation email. Please note that a $10 returns processing fee.
