In the heat of summer, try this refreshing smoothie, packed with goodness to keep you going. High in postassium for heart and good health, antioxidants and vitamin C. The addition of mint helps to relieve indigestion and nausea.
1/2 cubed peeled seeded honeydew melon
5 cubes of ice
1 cubed peeled kiwi
5 large fresh mint leaves
juice of 1 lime
2 heaped teaspoons honey
Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
