Shipping and Delivery
Your order will be delivered to you within 5-15 working days, stock permitting. We will contact you if an item you have ordered is out of stock to arrange an alternative or refund.
We offer FREE SHIPPING* on orders over USD$100 and an economical flat shipping rate for orders under USD$100. A small selection of oversize items are exempt from this offer. Freight charges will be added to your cart as your order. Orders under the USD equivalent of NZD$250 will not require a signature on delivery. Orders over this amount will require a signature.

To check the status of your order simply log in to your account and click on your recent order. Please contact us if you think there has been a problem with delivery and we will follow this up for you.
