How to pay
We accept Visa and Mastercard payments through our secure webstore and also over the phone. We also accept cheques and direct bank deposits/internet banking (NZ customers only). Orders paid for by cheque will be dispatched upon cheque clearance. Please contact us for our bank details if you would like to pay via direct bank deposit/internet banking.
Delivery of New Zealand orders
Delivery in New Zealand is usually within 5 working days of
receipt
of order. Delivery times quoted are subject to availability. We will
advise you if an order is to be delayed. Delivery within New Zealand is
$6 for orders under $45, and $8 for orders over $45. Furniture and
heavy/bulky items will incur additional freight charges. Charges will
be advised before your order is dispatched.
We only use signature required tickets. If you are not home at time of delivery, a Card to Call will be left in your letterbox.
Free shipping is available for orders over $500 however this offer excludes all furniture (Cot, Bassinet, Moses Basket, highchairs etc), Cot Mattresses, Bugaboo prams, Maxi-Cosi products and the Easel. Free shipping offer does not apply to wholesale/export customers.
Delivery of International orders
We are happy to receive international orders. We realise we offer benefits of a unique range and an economical NZ dollar. Overseas orders are also less 12.5% GST tax - all prices on our website are inclusive of this tax. The GST amount is deducted when we invoice your order.
Shipping charges for orders outside of New Zealand will be quoted individually. Please place your order as usual and you will be notified via email with the cost of postage. Please ensure you give us a valid and frequently accessed email address. Your order will not be processed or dispatched until we receive a reply email from you confirming you accept the postage charges. If you do not receive an email reply within 3 days, please ensure you have checked your junk mail folder and/or contact us to confirm your order status.
All orders are sent by Airmail (5-15 working days). Any additional taxes or duties that are incurred within the recipients country are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient.
Free shipping is available for orders over $500 however this offer excludes all furniture (Cot, Bassinet, Moses Basket, highchairs etc), Cot Mattresses, Bugaboo prams, washing powder/detergents, Tushies and TenderCare products, Maxi-Cosi products, Musina/Play Gym toy, Wooden Trolley, Teepees, Radio Flyer Wagon, Easel and hammock stand. Any additional taxes or charges incurred within customs are of course the responsibility of the buyer/recipient. Free shipping offer does not apply to wholesale/export customers.
Back orders
We make a special effort to bring you a unique product range. As most of our products are hand-made from smaller manufacturers we can sometimes experience difficulties with availability. If this is the case we will back-order the product for you and advise you of our best possible estimate of when the product is likely to be ready; or suggest possible alternatives.
Guarantees
We deliver products of the highest quality which should arrive in excellent condition. If for any reason there appears to be something wrong with your product or discover the item is faulty within 90 days of purchase, please contact us immediately so the problem can be resolved.
Returns and refunds
Goods may be returned for an exchange with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are available for mail and internet customers only. Please download, print and complete this form and include it with the returned goods. Goods must be in unused, unwashed condition in original packaging. We ask that you choose carefully and check sizing before ordering. Please do not break open packaging that is non-resealable if you wish for an exchange or refund. With the exception of faulty goods we cannot refund postage and packaging. We want you to be happy, please call us if you need advice.
